The party arrives at Westbridge.  It is smaller than Red Larch and hosts the Harvest Inn (the only inn in town). The town also has a stone bridge, some housing, restaurant/inn, barber shop, odds & ends, grocery, and a tool shop.

We meet Herivin Dardragon, barkeep of questionable artistic talent. The town believes Belliard is responsible for the missing Mirabar Delegation, which was some 300 caravans. We speak with Tuck whose sister Teresa was the assistant to a noble from Silvery Moon, and who was a part of the delegation.

Twelve people with stone helmets came through and went to Belliard three weeks ago.  They had a large chest on poles.  They had the symbol of the Evil Earth cult on their chests.  We went into the room they were staying in and located two rock tiles of interlocking muted stone. We discover they were likely a part of someone's armor. A detect magic spell revealed something of the transmutation school.  

At one point an argument breaks out between some miners and an elf, Nadja (a merc for hire). The Telvor Deep mine collapsed 4 days ago, and they believe it had to do with the monks in the nearby Sacred Stone Monastery.  The monks wear stone masks with horns. 

Of interest to Val, the barber know someone with gears on the edge of Krytoicgarden Forest. The person has been there about a year. The barber has special scissors that are coming in the mirabar caravan.
