The party pushes on to Belliard. Belliard has roughly 5,000 people (bigger than town, smaller than a village)

Between West Bridge and Belliard is Stone Bridge. The bridge is very high up and arcs in the middle. It's 15ft wide across and takes roughly a day to cross. It's about one mile long and looms high over the Dessarin River down below. The bridge was crafted by Belimer Dwarves.

The party checks for tracks and fins no movement at all. o traffic. No movement or disruption of earth anywhere.

The river runs down from the Dessarin Hills. There are no stories about those hills. They have the Adra Stone- jade-like stone with magical absorption properties. Memory altering properties/Amnestic properties. People don't remember that the Adra Stone is valuable. It's just some rock after it affects them.

Rogue looks up to see a huge vulture. The vulture has a 30ft wing span and has a rider. Rider is flying a banner. He is a humanoid with light and dark blue armor and a helmet that looks like the head of a bird. On this cloak he has a golden circle with a feather on it. Val flags him down with a makeshift flare. It's about noon and cloudy.  The land and the vulture has smeared carrion on his face and looks hangry.

The rider has long, golden hair and is very pretty. He introduces himself as Tavon, a Knight of the Feather Gail Spire located in the Southeast. He introduces Gertrude, the vulture, who is in fact hungry. Tavon has a crossbow with a large mark on the handle that he attempts to cover up, but Dixon is able to get a good look at the symbol.

Tavon commissions Val for a side  quest to provide a wax-sealed letter to the Lord Commander of the Feather Gail Keep, Thurlmaloska.

When questioned about the earth cult, Tavon is spitting mad and seethes hatred for the Earth Cult, but Dixon perceives that Tavon wasn't being honest with all the info he knows about the Earth Cult. He does share that they keep to themselves.

Tavon shares there is a haze over Belliard, which has lasted 10 days, and that the bridge is the only way to get over to Belliard. It is safest to avoid the mountains on the way to the Feather Gail Keep. The best route to take is  to go back to West Bridge, down to Red Larch, and then east to Feather Gail in the South part of Sumber Hills.

Tavon also mentioned that he completed his mission in four days and the mist is where the earth had screamed. The mist happened 10 days ago. The scream happened 10 days ago and the Mirabar Delegation came through Belliard 3 (10-days) ago. The Delegation did not come down this side of the bridge. They would have only stayed in Belliard for 2-3 weeks.

The party settles down to camp for the night. The watch rotation is Amarant, Vel, Dixon, and then Yahzi.
